Immunity and stress

A reminder to everyone that protecting our immune systems is essential.

So, a quick recap:

– eat well, inc vitamins and fibre
– sleep well
– exercise but not frantically
– reduce stress.

Reducing stress is maybe hardest at the moment, and we all have a responsibility for others as well as ourselves.

– limit how much news you read and watch
– take responsibility for not stressing others
– show acts of kindness and generosity
– accept that things are changing now
– find moments of serenity despite the new.
